You are responsible for paying the gas (if applicable), electric, water and council tax bills whilst you’re renting the property. If the property happens to include any bills, this information will be on the property listing.
Meter readings will be on your inventory and you should doublecheck those when you move into the property. The suppliers will be on the move in information sent to you on move in day. You can request to see where the meters are located on your viewing if you’d like information on how to access these.
