Firstly, you’ll need to make sure you’ve viewed the property you’re applying for.
If you’d like to request any changes to be made to the property or have any questions about the property, please message us before applying to clarify the details.
All applications must be made on our website, simply find the property you’re interested in and hit the ‘apply’ button. It usually takes around 15 minutes to complete.
Before you start your application, make sure you have all your documents to hand, this includes:
- Your passport or driving licence
- 3 months worth of bank statements
- 3 months worth of payslips
- Your proof of right to reside/work in the UK.
Fill in every part of the form with accurate information - make sure you add all your documents on application so your referencing isn’t delayed.
Once you submit your application and pay your holding deposit, we aim to process your application within 5 working days. The rental market moves quickly in our area so if you are interested in a property, don’t delay in applying otherwise it could be snapped up before you know it!
