How far in advance should I start looking for a property?

With demand high at the moment, we recommend starting to enquire about properties you’re interested in roughly 4 to 5 weeks before you are looking to move in.

This will give you plenty of time to view and apply for the property, then give us time to reference and seek acceptance from the landlord before securing your move in date, should you be successful.
