If you’ve received a section 48 notice saying that we’ve taken over the management of your property, then the only thing you need to do is change your rental payments to Ultralets instead of the previous letting agent or landlord.
The letter you’ve received will give you the bank details to change your payment to.
Everything else in your tenancy will remain the same.
The letter will outline how to report a repair or send our team a message if you have any questions about your tenancy.
