If you’re looking to make changes to your home such as decorating or removing an outbuilding, you must ask permission for these changes to be made.
Details of the changes you’re requesting to make must be emailed to [email protected] before any work takes place for us to ask for approval from the landlord.
If permission is not granted but the changes are made, deductions can be taken from your deposit upon vacating the property.
