It’s standard practice for us to conduct regular inspections with a photographic and written report. We ensure there are no photographs of yourself in this report - it’s simply to capture the condition of the property so this can be sent to the landlord. Inspections can also be helpful in picking up any maintenance issues that have not been reported.
