I have an emergency repair - who do I alert?

All repairs must be reported through FixFlo - our Works Team monitor the reports and promptly work on resolving each one. Click here to report a repair.

Please note that when you report the issue it will be dealt with as an emergency if you:

  • Have a water leak

  • Are locked out of your home

  • Have no heating or hot water

Once your report has been submitted, you will be able to message our emergency WhatsApp line for any further updates on your issue.
