All repairs must be reported through FixFlo - our Works Team monitor the reports and promptly work on resolving each one. <a href="https://ultra-lets.fixflo.com/issuereport/CreateIssue" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Click here to report a repair</a>.

Please note that when you report the issue it will be dealt with as an emergency if you: 

- Have a water leak 
- Are locked out of your home 
- Have no heating or hot water

Once your report has been submitted, you will be able to message our emergency WhatsApp line for any further updates on your issue.
