We are obliged to put forward all applications to the landlord regardless of whether the prospective tenant has a pet or not.
The landlord will review the pet request, which includes information about the pet type, breed, nature, chip and neuter status. There will be an assessment on suitability, for example, a large breed dog in a one-bedroom, third-floor apartment would not be suitable.
There are other exceptions that may prevent a pet from being allowed in a property. If this is the case, you will be fully informed.
