As soon as a repair is reported through our online reporting system we send it on to you via email for review. At this point, you can either carry out the repair yourself, instruct your own contractor, or pass the job back to us to be sorted by our in-house team. The issue may require further inspection to determine the root cause which a member of our team would carry out.
