How do you reference applications for my property?

Take a look at our 'Apply for a property' page to see exactly what we ask our tenants for when they submit an application. A written reference from the applicant's current landlord and place of work is important and it's critical that a tenant can provide evidence of continuous rental payments at a previous address. Under both our Full Management and Let Only services, you as the landlord will make the final decision on whether an application is accepted or not.
