We’re transparent about our management fees. It’s a % of the rental income based on how many properties you instruct us to manage:
1-4 properties - 10% + VAT (12% inc VAT)
5-9 properties - 9% + VAT (10.8% inc VAT)
10+ properties - 8% + VAT (9.6% inc VAT)
You only pay a management fee when your property is occupied. A letting fee of £300.00 + VAT (£360.00 inc VAT) is charged when a new tenant is onboarded. You can request our Terms of Business from our Lettings Manager, Jake, to find out more.
Remember - every agent should publish a schedule of their charges to tenants and landlords by law.
